Enviro Rack ELV Fluid Removal System

The Best Enviro Rack We’ve Ever Built

More than 20 years of real-world experience and over 1,000 Enviro Racks in service have gone into the system we manufacture today.

The current Enviro Rack combines the heavy-duty construction, simple 100% air-powered operation, fluid separation, portability, and secondary containment our customers have relied on for years with important improvements designed to help maintain fast, consistent fluid flow.

Every new Enviro Rack now includes a pneumatic air hammer with an Iron Ax beryllium-free non-sparking punch, plus two reusable stainless steel funnel liners. Operators can punch fuel tanks without creating drill shavings, or continue drilling fuel tanks or oil pans and use the liners to capture shavings and debris before they enter the fluid collection system.

This is the most refined Enviro Rack we have ever produced.

Built to Keep Shavings and Debris Out of the Fluid Collection System

Every new Enviro Rack includes equipment designed to help keep metal shavings and other debris out of the fluid collection system.

Punch the Tank

Every new Enviro Rack includes a pneumatic air hammer and an Iron Ax beryllium-free non-sparking punch. The punch allows the operator to quickly open the fuel tank without drilling and without creating drill shavings.

The punch also creates a large opening that allows gasoline to gravity-drain quickly into the collection funnel.

  • Pneumatic air hammer and Iron Ax non-sparking punch included
  • No drilling required when the punch is used
  • No drill shavings created when punching
  • Creates a large opening for fast gravity drainage
  • Can be re-sharpened for extended service life

Prefer to Drill? We Have That Covered Too.

Some operators prefer to continue drilling fuel tanks or oil pans. Every new Enviro Rack includes two reusable stainless steel funnel liners designed for use in the red plastic fuel and oil funnels.

The formed stainless steel wire-mesh liners capture drill shavings, rust, tank scale, and other debris before it can enter the fluid collection system, while allowing the fluids to continue gravity-draining through the funnels.

  • Two stainless steel funnel liners included
  • Designed for the red plastic fuel and oil funnels
  • Captures drill shavings from fuel tanks and oil pans
  • Captures rust, tank scale, and other debris
  • Reusable stainless steel wire-mesh construction
  • Simply remove, clean, and reuse

Whether You Punch or Drill, Keep the Debris Out

Use the non-sparking punch on the fuel tank and drill shavings are not created. Prefer to drill the fuel tank or oil pan? The stainless steel funnel liners capture shavings and other debris before they enter the system.

The objective is simple: keep metal & plastic shavings and debris out of the fluid collection system and help maintain fast, consistent fluid flow.

Already Own an Enviro Rack?

Existing Enviro Rack owners can purchase the stainless steel funnel liners separately through IronAxParts.com.

Important: These liners are designed specifically for the red plastic Enviro Rack funnels and are not compatible with the metal funnels.
